Your body is changing \u2013 and with it often come many questions. Perhaps you haven’t started your period yet, or it’s completely irregular. Perhaps you have concerns or want to know how contraception works. Or maybe you just want to talk to someone who knows what they’re talking about and whom you can trust.<\/p>

You are very welcome to attend our consultation hours for teenagers \u2013 regardless of whether you have been to a gynaecologist before or whether this is your first visit. We take the time to listen to you and explain everything in a way that you can really understand.<\/p>

How we can help you<\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 Puberty & Development<\/strong>
What is actually happening to my body? When will I get my first period? Is this all normal for me? \u2013 We will talk openly with you about what is on your mind.<\/p>

\u2022 Menstrual problems & cycle issues<\/strong>
Are your periods irregular, absent or painful? We explain what is behind it and what can help you.<\/p>

\u2022 Contraception & sexuality<\/strong>
Are you wondering how to protect yourself or do you have questions about your body, sex or relationships? We will advise you confidentially and without prejudice \u2013 you decide whether your parents should be present or not.<\/p>

\u2022 Discomfort in the genital area<\/strong>
Itching, burning, discharge \u2013 unpleasant, but usually harmless. We will clarify what is going on and find the appropriate treatment.<\/p>

\u2022 HPV vaccination<\/strong>
Protection against cervical cancer \u2013 simple, safe and recommended from the age of 9. We will explain why this is important.<\/p>

You decide what happens<\/h3>

A visit to the gynaecologist does not automatically mean that you will be examined. Many just come for a chat \u2013 and that’s perfectly fine. Whether with your mum, a friend or on your own: you can decide how you feel most comfortable.<\/p>

We talk about what is important to you \u2013 in a safe space, without any pressure.<\/p>

We are here for you \u2013 whether you have concerns, questions or are simply curious. You don’t have to be embarrassed about anything. We take you and your concerns seriously, explain everything calmly and are there to support you.<\/p>
